Why do safety inspections matter?
Faulty wiring, loose connections and overloaded circuits usually stay invisible until they fail. An inspection finds them early, cutting the risk of fire, shock and expensive damage.
How long does an inspection take?
Small homes take an hour or two; larger properties and businesses take longer. We'll give you a realistic window when you book.
What are the warning signs I shouldn't ignore?
Frequent tripping, flickering lights, burning smells, buzzing outlets and discoloured switches. Any of these mean book sooner, not later.
Do I need an inspection to sell or lease in WA?
WA requires two RCDs and compliant smoke alarms before sale or lease. Our inspection confirms both, and we can fix any gaps on the spot or by fixed quote.
What's in the report?
Findings with photos, each item rated by urgency, and clear recommendations. If repairs are needed, we quote them separately as fixed prices.
Am I obligated to do the repairs with you?
No. The report is yours. Many clients have us fix things while we're there, but there's no obligation.
